Pricing questions
Is the free plan really free?▾
Yes, and it does not expire. The free plan includes 1 GB of storage, one screen and one user, with no card required. If you outgrow the storage you can upgrade — we never delete your media or lock your account for staying on Free.
What counts as a screen?▾
A screen is one TV or display linked to your account — an LG or Samsung TV, a Roku, a Google TV or Fire TV stick, or an Apple TV. The phone, tablet or computer you use to manage your library does not count as a screen.
What do I get for paying annually?▾
Annual billing costs ten months for twelve — two months free. You can switch between monthly and annual whenever you like.
Can I change plans later?▾
Yes, any time, in either direction. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you downgrade below your current storage use, your media stays put — you simply cannot upload more until you are back under the limit.
Where am I billed?▾
Wherever you subscribed: the App Store, Google Play, or ztalio.com via Stripe. Manage or cancel in the same place. We cannot cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription on your behalf, so if you subscribed there the apps will point you to the right place rather than charging you twice.
What happens to my media if I cancel?▾
Nothing is deleted. Cancelling returns you to the free plan at the end of the period you already paid for. Your media stays; you simply cannot upload beyond the free storage limit until you upgrade again.
