For Funeral Homes & Chapels
Every room's TV, ready for the family.
Collect photos from the family through a link or QR code, drop them into a folder, add music and the service video, and push the tribute to the chapel, the viewing rooms and the lobby from the office. No USB sticks, no laptop behind the lectern, nothing to configure on the TVs.
One TV free forever. Three screens on Starter, $9.99/month. Ten on Pro, $29.99/month.
Built around the way a service day runs
Families send photos through a link
Share a folder with a link or QR code and relatives upload straight into it from their phones, from anywhere. You see the photos arrive and build the tribute from them.
Chapel, viewing rooms, lobby
Each room's TV is its own screen. Push the Jewett tribute to Viewing Room 1 and the Hinson video to the chapel from the same dashboard, in seconds.
Photos, video and music together
A slideshow with background music from the built-in library or your own track, the memorial video on loop, dissolve transitions and a slide speed you choose.
Loops until you stop it
A single tribute video or a slideshow repeats for the length of the viewing. Screen lock (Pro) keeps a remote press from interrupting it.
Hand the family the photos
Download the whole folder as a zip for the family, or share the tribute as a private viewing link they can open at home.
The TVs already in the rooms
Roku TVs and Fire TV sticks are the usual choice; LG, Google TV and Apple TV work too. No media player or installer.
A tribute from the first photo to the viewing room
Create a folder for the service
Name it for the family, share it with a link or QR code, and send that to the next of kin. Their photos arrive in the folder.
Build the tribute
Put the photos in order, add the music and the service video, set the slide speed. Studio can make a title card with the name and dates.
Push it to the room
Pick the viewing room or chapel screen and push. Walk in and it is playing. Afterwards, hand the family the folder.
Tribute slideshows without the USB stick
Most funeral homes still build tributes on one laptop, copy them to a USB stick and carry it room to room. Ztalio moves the whole flow online: the family's photos arrive through a collection link, the tribute is assembled in the browser, and each room's TV is a paired screen you push to from the office. The same account covers every location.
The TVs run the free Ztalio app; a viewing room that has a TV but no apps takes a $25 Roku or Fire TV stick. The Pro plan covers 10 screens and the Network plan 25, with analytics that show each room's screen is on and what it played.
Everything is private. Tributes are served through signed links to the screens you chose, and a family viewing link can be switched off when the service is over.
Questions funeral homes ask
How do families get their photos to us?
Share a folder with a link or a QR code. Relatives open it on their phones and upload directly; nothing to install and no account for them. The photos appear in your library as they arrive.
Can the same tribute play in two rooms?
Yes. Push it to any number of paired screens at once; each TV plays its own copy.
Will a single video keep looping?
Yes. A one-item playlist repeats until you stop it, on every TV platform.
Can we give the family the photos afterwards?
Yes. Download the whole folder as a zip from the Media page, or share a private viewing link they can open at home.
