For Clinics, Dental Offices & Care Homes

The waiting room TV, finally saying something useful.

Replace the muted cable news with your own screen: services and prices, what to expect at today's visit, health tips, new-patient forms by QR code, staff introductions and seasonal reminders. The front desk updates it from a phone. No media player, no IT ticket.

One TV free forever. Three screens on Starter, $9.99/month. Ten on Pro, $29.99/month.

Clinic-ready digital signage

🩺

Patient information, not daytime TV

Services, insurance accepted, flu-shot reminders, hours and what to bring. A waiting room that answers questions before patients reach the desk.

🏥

One account, every room

Lobby, each exam room and the staff room can show different content from the same dashboard. Network covers 25 screens; Pro covers 10.

🕘

Changes by schedule

A morning playlist for the clinic, a different one for evening urgent care, a weekend board. The server switches them in your timezone; nobody touches the TV.

🔐

Patients can't change the channel

Screen lock (Pro) keeps the playlist on screen until a staff remote enters a short pattern. A stray press on a remote never leaves the room on a blank screen.

📊

Proof it ran

Analytics show which screens are on, when each was last seen and how long each playlist played. If a room's screen goes dark during opening hours you get an email.

🎨

Slides without a designer

Studio makes a clean service list, price board or announcement from your logo and a line of text. Hand a photo of the printed sheet to the assistant and it lays the slide out.

Set up a waiting-room screen in ten minutes

1

Install the free app

On the waiting room's Roku, Fire TV, LG, Google TV or Apple TV. An older TV takes a $25 Fire TV stick. The app shows a six-digit code.

2

Link it at ztalio.com

Create a free account, enter the code, name the screen "Waiting room". It is paired in seconds.

3

Build the playlist

Upload your slides or make them in Studio, set seconds per slide, push to the screen. Add a schedule when you want the content to change through the day.

Digital signage built for small practices, not hospital networks

Most healthcare signage products are sold to hospital systems: content contracts, per-screen licences and an installer. A single clinic, dental office, physio practice, wellness centre or care home needs none of that. Ztalio runs on the TV already on the waiting-room wall, is managed from a browser or a phone, and costs $9.99 a month for three screens, with the first screen free for as long as you like.

Care homes and senior living use the same setup for resident activity boards, menus and family photo slideshows in common rooms, with team members who can update their own screens from their phones. Multi-location practices run every site from one account on the Network plan, each screen with its own content and its own analytics.

Everything stays private: your content is served through signed links, nothing is published to a public channel, and the TV app plays only what you pushed to it.

Questions clinics & waiting rooms ask

Does the TV need internet in the waiting room?

Yes, Wi-Fi is enough. The TV app checks for changes every few seconds and keeps playing its playlist if the connection drops; it catches up when the connection returns.

Can I show different content in each exam room?

Yes. Every screen is paired separately and can play its own playlist, or share one. The Pro plan covers 10 screens and Network 25.

Can patients change the channel or stop the slideshow?

Not with screen lock on (Pro and Network plans). The TV ignores remote presses while the playlist plays and asks for a short pattern before it will leave it.

Is there a contract or per-screen licence?

No. Plans are monthly or annual by number of screens, and you can cancel any time. One screen is free forever.
