For Churches, Schools & Community Groups

Announcements on the lobby TV, updated by whoever is around.

Service times, this week's events, the youth group trip, the bake sale, the school's lunch menu and bell schedule. Several volunteers or staff update the same screens from their phones; the TV switches between weekday and Sunday playlists on its own.

One TV free forever. Three screens on Starter, $9.99/month. Ten on Pro, $29.99/month.

Signage for congregations and campuses

📅

Weekday, Sunday, event night

Each playlist can be scheduled by day of week and hour. The Sunday welcome board runs on Sunday mornings; the weekday hallway board the rest of the time.

👥

Many hands, one account

Starter includes 3 users and Pro 10. Share a folder with contribute access and a volunteer can drop in next week's slide without the admin password.

🎨

Slides from a sentence

Studio turns "Youth retreat, March 14-16, sign up in the lobby" into a finished slide with your logo. Or lay out the bulletin from a photo of the printed one.

📺

The TVs you have

Roku TVs, Fire TV sticks, LG, Google TV and Apple TV are all free apps. A hallway TV without apps takes a $25 stick.

📸

Photos and video too

Event photo slideshows with background music, a welcome video on loop, a mission trip recap. The same playlist mixes stills and video.

💰

Priced for a budget line

One screen free. Three screens with analytics and Studio for $9.99 a month; a campus with up to 10 screens is $29.99 on Pro.

From nothing to a lobby screen before Sunday

1

Install the free app

On the lobby TV's Roku, Fire TV, LG, Google TV or Apple TV. The app shows a six-digit code.

2

Link it at ztalio.com

Create the account in the church or school's name, enter the code, name the screen. Invite the people who will keep it current.

3

Build this week's playlist

Upload or make the slides in Studio, set a few seconds per slide, push it. Next week, swap two slides from your phone.

Digital signage that volunteers can actually run

Church and school signage usually fails for one reason: the person who set it up leaves. Ztalio keeps the whole thing in a web dashboard and two phone apps, with team members who can each update their own folders, so the announcement screen outlives any one volunteer. There is nothing on the TV to configure beyond the free app and a pairing code.

Schools use the same account for the front-office screen, the cafeteria menu board and hallway announcements, each on its own schedule, with proof of play showing the safety notice actually ran all week. Community centres and clubs run room signs and event boards the same way.

Content is private to your account and served through signed links; nothing is published to a channel or a public page.

Questions churches & schools ask

Can more than one person update the screens?

Yes. Starter includes 3 users and Pro 10. Each person signs in with their own login, and folders can be shared with contribute access for volunteers.

Can the Sunday board and the weekday board switch automatically?

Yes. Schedule each playlist by day of week and time window in your timezone; the server switches them and the TV follows.

Does it work on the projector in the sanctuary?

If the projector takes an HDMI input, a $25 Fire TV stick or Roku turns it into a Ztalio screen like any TV.

Is there a nonprofit price?

The free plan covers one screen with no time limit, and the annual plans are twelve months for the price of ten. Write to support@ztalio.com about larger campuses.
